Is the material cost included in your rate?
Yes. Our estimate covers material and labour for the agreed scope. Items you choose yourself, such as tiles, sanitary ware and paint, are priced with you before we order them.
Do you build from my architect's drawings?
Yes. We can build from your drawings, or help you prepare a layout and quantity list if you do not have one yet.
Which areas do you work in?
We are based in Sayra, Udaipur district, and take projects around Kumbhalgarh and Rajsamand. Call us if your plot is nearby and we will tell you honestly if we can serve it.
Are you a registered firm?
Yes. KRISHNA CONSTRUCTION & COMPANY is a partnership firm with a regular GST registration (GSTIN 08ABGFK2683J1ZY). You receive proper GST invoices for your work.
How do I get an estimate?
Send us the enquiry form or a WhatsApp message with your plot location and what you want to build. We will arrange a site visit and give you a written estimate.
Can I visit my site while work is on?
Always. We also share progress photos so you can follow the work even when you are away.
